Install vScan on your WordPress site.
Installing vScan takes about two minutes. Upload the plugin zip, activate it, and you're ready to enter your API key.
Requirements
Before installing vScan, confirm your hosting environment meets these minimums:

Install from the WordPress admin
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
- Click Upload Plugin.
- Choose the
askarlabs-vscan.zipfile you downloaded. - Click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
After activation you will be redirected automatically to the Settings page to enter your API key.
Install via FTP / SFTP
- Unzip
askarlabs-vscan.zipon your local machine. - Upload the resulting
askarlabs-vscanfolder to/wp-content/plugins/on your server. - In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Installed Plugins.
- Find AskarLabs vScan in the list and click Activate.
Deactivating and uninstalling
Deactivate (plugin stays installed, data is kept): Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins, find AskarLabs vScan, and click Deactivate. The cron job is removed but all scan data and options remain in the database.
Uninstall (complete removal): Click Delete from the plugins list after deactivating. This permanently removes all scan history.
Warning: Uninstalling is irreversible. Export any scan history you need before proceeding.
