We take responsible disclosure seriously. Report it through the channels on the right and you will get an acknowledgement within 24 hours - including from our security lead, by name.

Four things people ask first.

I am an agency / host - how fast is sales?

Under one working day for the first reply. For Agency+ and Host plans, we will set up a 30-min call before quoting - partly to understand your fleet, partly because custom pricing on those tiers benefits from a conversation.

Can I delete my account & data?

Yes. Mail hello@askarlabs.com and we will wipe everything within 30 days, GDPR-style.

Do you offer phone support?

Scheduled calls - yes, via the booking widget above. Always-on phone hotline - only for Hosting Provider Enterprise plans, where it comes with a named incident engineer.

Where is the press kit?

A zipped folder with logos, product screenshots, founder bios and a one-pager is available on request from hello@askarlabs.com. We usually reply same-day if there is a deadline attached.
