An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could execute arbitrary code.</p> <p>Exploitation of the vulnerability requires that a program process a specially crafted image file.</p> <p>The update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how Microsoft Windows Codecs Library handles objects in memory.</p>
