Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
PostX – Gutenberg Post Grid Blocks versions up to 2.9.9 contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into post grid block settings that execute when site visitors view the affected page. The vulnerability requires user interaction to set up the malicious block, but impacts all site visitors who view it.
What an attacker can do
Inject malicious JavaScript that runs in visitors' browsers when they view pages with the affected block.

Visitors to pages using PostX blocks may have their sessions hijacked, credentials stolen, or be redirected to malicious sites.
