Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Easy Social Icons versions 3.2.4 and earlier contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious scripts into the plugin's settings. When other users, including administrators, view the affected pages, the injected code executes in their browsers, potentially allowing the attacker to steal session tokens or perform actions on their behalf.
