Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
The LiveChat WordPress plugin versions up to 4.5.15 contain a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability. An attacker can craft a malicious webpage that, when visited by a logged-in WordPress admin, performs unwanted actions on the site without their knowledge. The vulnerability requires no special privileges but does require the victim to visit the attacker's page while authenticated.
