Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
WPZOOM Shortcodes versions 1.0.3 and earlier contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into shortcode parameters that execute in the browsers of site visitors. The vulnerability requires user interaction—a victim must visit a page containing the malicious shortcode. This can lead to session hijacking, credential theft, or malware distribution.

Inject malicious JavaScript that runs in visitors' browsers when they view pages with the affected shortcode.
