Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Pootle Pagebuilder for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in versions up to 5.7.1. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious scripts into page content. When other users, including administrators, view the affected pages, the scripts execute in their browsers. This can lead to session hijacking, credential theft, or unauthorized actions performed on behalf of the victim.
