Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Podlove Podcast Publisher versions up to 4.1.13 are vulnerable to cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. An attacker can craft a malicious webpage that, when visited by a logged-in site administrator, performs unauthorized actions on the podcast publisher without the admin's knowledge or consent. The attacker needs only to trick an admin into visiting a link; no special privileges are required to set up the attack.
