Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Catch Base versions up to 3.4.6 contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability that allows an authenticated administrator to inject malicious scripts. The vulnerability requires high privileges and user interaction to exploit. An attacker with admin access can craft a malicious request that, when clicked by another user, executes arbitrary JavaScript in their browser session.
