Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Twitter News Feed versions 1.1.1 and earlier contain a cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into the feed. An attacker can craft a malicious link or content that, when visited by a site user, executes arbitrary JavaScript in their browser. This can lead to session hijacking, credential theft, or defacement of the feed display.
