Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
The Show/Hide Shortcode plugin contains a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in versions up to 1.0.0. An authenticated user can inject malicious scripts through the plugin's shortcode functionality. When another user views content containing the malicious shortcode, the script executes in their browser, potentially allowing the attacker to steal session data or perform actions on their behalf.
