Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
WP Date and Time Shortcode versions 2.6.7 and earlier contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious scripts through the plugin's shortcode functionality. When another user views a page containing the affected shortcode, the injected script executes in their browser, potentially allowing the attacker to steal session data or perform actions on their behalf.
