Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Shortcode Redirect versions 1.0.02 and earlier contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in shortcode handling. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious scripts that execute in other users' browsers when they interact with affected shortcodes. The vulnerability requires user interaction and can affect other site visitors.
