Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA versions up to 2.5.8 contain a cross-site scripting vulnerability. An authenticated admin with high privileges can inject malicious scripts that execute in other users' browsers when they visit the site. The vulnerability requires user interaction and affects the integrity and confidentiality of site data. Update to a version newer than 2.5.8.
