What the vulnerability does
01Description
The Certifica WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘evento’ parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.

02Summary
Certifica WP versions 3.1 and earlier contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An authenticated user with low privileges can inject malicious scripts that execute in the browsers of other users, including administrators. The vulnerability affects the entire site scope due to how the application processes and displays user-controlled input without proper sanitization.
