Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
Image Widget versions 4.4.11 and earlier contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An authenticated user with high privileges can inject malicious scripts through the widget interface. When another user views a page containing the widget, the script executes in their browser, potentially compromising their session or stealing data. A victim must visit the affected page for the attack to succeed.
