Explanation of Vulnerability in Simple Terms
The JMedia extension for Joomla contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in versions 1.0 through 1.5.4. An authenticated administrator can craft requests that cause the site to make HTTP calls to internal or external systems on the attacker's behalf. This could expose internal services or be used to interact with restricted resources.
